Illegal gold mining in now the no1 livelihood in Paracale invading Inocalla farm
Overview:
Philippines is rich in natural resources, home of talented hard working people, a beautiful democratic country in South East Asia. But due to Oligarism, mismanagement, government corruption. There’s a huge gap of the rich and the poor. Poverty, housing crisis, homeless families, criminality, drugs, prostitution are rampant all over the country.
Inspired by PR Sarkar’s Progressive Utilization Socio-economic theory (Prout). BMST Foundation in coordination with United Architect association of the Phil (UAAP), National housing Authority (NHA) mandated under the office of the President. They are working together to create a Master Units (Self Sufficient Community) in the Inocalla Farm and all over the Philippines. This will hopefully elevate poverty, homeless families, create employment, educate and give medical care. This will help the local people and preserve, rehabilitate the natural forest due to illegal mining and abuse of the environment.
The Farm is located in Capacuan, Paracale Camarines Norte in the Philippines. The farm started after the war . Located in a mineralized land full of coconut plants in a 200 hectares property owed by the late Vicente and Beatriz Inocalla and now their children Allan Shishir, Jesus, Herbert, Senen Betty and Marilou Inocalla. The Inocalla’s are pioneers of mind, body, spirit training and healthy lifestyle in the Philippines, Brazil, USA and Canada.

The residents:
There are 30 families including indigenous people “Aetas” tribe and 100 workers in the coconut plantation and small scale gold mining. They have elementary school. There are water buffalo, cows, goats and chicken. There are live-in teachers in Yoga, Tai-chi and arnis martial arts. They have created local policing, trouble shooting and security in coordination with the local government.
They will be developing native housing for families, friends, students and associates living in the Philippines and abroad. A healthy lifestyle training and living will be offered all year round for guests and residents.. Classes and seminars will be offered for the body, mind spirit training BMST).
Illegal drugs and violent behavior will not be tolerated in the farm. Spiritual values will be practiced to care and respect for each other and the environment.

Yoga, Tai-chi, Meditation, Arnis, FMA-MMA, Chi-Golf, natural remedies, massages therapy, body, mind and spirit training.

Basketball, tennis, golf, Arnis, MMA, wrestling, boxing, hiking, running, mountain climbing, motor cross, air gliding, kite flying, rappelling, swimming, Sipa or soccer, Chess, target shooting, archery, Frisbee competition, surfing, water buffalo racing.

Library and museum
A library and museum will be available for everyone. Dedicated to our founders Vicente Inocalla Sr and Beatriz Villafria, teachers and pioneers of wellness and healthy living. Our international friends and students that help us develop and inspire us to continue our parents legacy and be a leader in our wellness to the world propagation.

Chapel, prayer and meditation
The farm will create a spiritual chapel that all spiritual practioners can use for the prayers and meditations. There will be designated prayers, rest areas thru-out the property.

The goal is to the advancement of body, mind and spirit in the Philippines and in the international community.

We are building housing, livelihood training and cooperatives for everyone that work and support the Inocalla farm preservation and self-sufficiency.
The residents, farmers, miners, indigenous people will work together for the well being of the people and the land to face, balance, new challenges and changes of the farm and the community.
We are looking grants, sponsors from the individuals, government and corporations to finance and assist the preservation and cultivation of the Inocalla wellness farm.

BMST Foundation/ and The Inocalla wellness farm and eco-mining will be the model project for the Mayor’s office in Paracale Municipality. In the hope that other miners will take responsibility to protect the natural resources and give back to their community.
